A 24-hour guest services desk can be located on the property. During the winter months, shuttle service is provided from village to village.
**This property has various minimum stay requirements throughout the year. There is a two-night minimum for all stays between 5/20/03-10/4/03. There is a three-night minimum for all weekday stays (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed nights) between 10/5/03-11/2/03, and a four-night minimum for all weekend stays (Thurs, Fri, Sat nights) between 10/5/03-11/2/03.**

Beaver Creek Reception Center, 38320 Highway 6, Avon, CO - From Denver International Airport: Take Pena Boulevard to I-70 West. Proceed approximately 120 miles (estimated time: 2 hours 15 minutes) to the Avon exit, #167. Enter the roundabout and continue left. You will be heading South, and should go back under I-70. Continue straight on this road through four more roundabouts, after which you will see the entrance to Beaver Creek. Immediately before the welcome gate to Beaver Creek, on the right you will see a brown building. This is the Beaver Creek Reception Center.
From Eagle County Regional Airport: After leaving airport, turn right and begin traveling East on US-6 towards US-6/Grand Avenue. Turn left onto Eby Creek Road. Take the I-70 East ramp towards Denver. Merge onto I-70 East. Take Exit 167 (Avon) and turn right at the end of the off ramp. Proceed through the town of Avon (straight through three more roundabouts). Immediately before the welcome gate to Beaver Creek, on the right you will see a brown building. This is the Beaver Creek Reception Center where you will check in.
