This five bedroom, four and one-half bathroom home is located at the Ranch at Cordillera with panoramic views of the Vail Valley and the Gore Mountain Range. A huge wraparound deck overlooks the fifth, sixth and eighth greens of the Cordillera Mountain Golf Course. This spacious home is a spectacular mountain retreat with vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, rustic woods, extensive tile and stonework and a thoughtfully designed floor plan. Enhancing the architectural elements, the Colorado/Ranch style décor adds warmth and interest with leather couches and comfortable chairs, accented with hand made Indian rugs, wrought iron, and tastefully appointed artwork. Custom handmade furnishings abound, as do "one of a kind pieces" individually selected for this outstanding home.

The main level consists of a foyer, living room with a TV, VCR and CD player, gas fireplace, formal dining area seating ten, gourmet kitchen with a huge granite island, a breakfast nook, powder room, master suite with a huge bath and Jacuzzi opening onto the deck, plus a guest bedroom with private bathroom. A laundry room and two-car garage complete this level. There is a full size picnic table on the outside deck. The lower level, with a walkout patio, consists of a large family room with entertainment center, three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as separate recreation room with a ping-pong table. One of the bedrooms boasts a seating area and functions as a second "master suite." This bedroom shares a bathroom with an adjacent bedroom ideal for children, with massive log framed bunk beds and two full beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a television and telephone, walk in closet and clock radio.

Turn left (West) onto Airport Road. Turn Right (East) onto US-6. Turn left (North) onto connecting road. Take I-70 (North-East) to the Edwards Exit, #163. Turn Right and go one mile to Highway 6. Turn Right on Highway 6. Go two and a half miles to Squaw Creek Road. Turn left on Squaw Creek Road. Go two miles to Cordillera entrance on the left.
