This lovely four bedroom, five full and one half-bathroom home is located at the Ranch at Cordillera and only a seven iron away from the Mountain Course Pro Shop, Clubhouse and Timber Hearth Grill. The Northwest facing deck offers a relaxing spot from which to enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding ranch properties, golf course and mountains. The home is graced with a charming covered front porch, cedar shake roof and natural wood siding that add to its rustic Colorado Ranch appeal. A heated two-car garage is attached.

Upon entering, you will notice the custom design and finish including stone and hardwood floors, log stair railings, vaulted ceilings, and spectacular mountain and golf course views seen through expansive windows. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a snack bar, all modern appliances, china, crystal, cookware, complete service for twelve and an oval dining table that seats eight. Sliding doors lead to a deck with a gas grill and teak patio furniture. The living room features a gas fireplace and plush furniture and connects to a cozy sitting area with desk and CD stereo system. Also on the main level is a powder room off the kitchen and the master bedroom with a private bathroom including Jacuzzi tub. Upstairs two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are tucked beneath the slanted rooflines, creating a sense of old world charm. The lower level boasts a large family room complete with television, VCR, DVD player, fax machine, BOSE theater AM/FM/CD sound system, official size billiard table, gas fireplace and game table. Also on the lower level is an additional bedroom with private bathroom as well as a separate laundry room and an additional full bathroom. Each bedroom has a 38-channel cable TV and VCR (except for lower level bedroom) and telephone.

Directions to check-in at The Lodge at Cordillera, 2205 Cordillera Way, Edwards, CO 81632--From the Eagle County Regional Airport, CO: Depart Eagle County Regional Airport on local roads going North. Turn left (West) onto Airport Road. Turn right (East) onto US-6. Turn left (North) onto connecting road. Take I-70 (North-East) to the Edwards Exit, #163. Turn right and go one mile to Highway 6. Turn right on Highway 6. Go two and a half miles to Squaw Creek Road. Turn left on Squaw Creek Road. Go two miles to Cordillera entrance on the left.
