This charming three bedroom, four and one-half bathroom home is located on the Divide side of the Cordillera within the Kensington Green enclave. It is close to the Lodge and Spa at Cordillera, the Grouse on the Green Pun and a three-wood away from the Dave Pelz Short Course and Pro Shop. This home features beautiful views of the Kensington Green Ponds and the Vail Valley beyond.

A spacious main level deck opens off the great room with its vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and stone hearth, enhancing the English cottage-style architecture. A large kitchen with granite counters and island flanks a modest dining area with seating for six. Completing the main floor are a powder room, attached two-car garage and spacious guest room queen bed, TV and VCR, with walk-in closet and private bath. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a striking kind-size bed, walk-in closets, tiled bathroom with separate steam shower and tub. This spacious room is equipped with TV and VCR, and many windows that brighten the upper-level. The second level guest bedroom also features a TV and VCR, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Both of the upper-level rooms are set beneath slanted rooflines and have windows that open on expansive panoramas. And best of all, located just above the garage and through a breezeway is the media room, great for entertaining. This cozy area features a large screen TV and VCR, a wet bar, sofa sleeper and private bathroom.

Turn left (West) onto Airport Road. Turn right (East) onto US-6. Turn left (North) onto connecting road. Take I-70 (North-East) to the Edwards Exit, #163. Turn Right and go one mile to Highway 6. Turn Right on Highway 6. Go two and a half miles to Squaw Creek Road. Turn left on Squaw Creek Road. Go two miles to Cordillera entrance on the left.
